Leicester City's Afghan Community is broadcasting on weekly basis for 2 hours every Sunday from 14:00 – 16:00 (2:00 pm – 4:00 pm) on EAVA FM 102.5 which can be tuned on the radios in Leicester and in nearby cities. You can also listen to the radio online at:

Raising awareness about Nawroz:
On Tuesday 30th March 2010 representatives of Leicester City's Afghan Comunity and Kurdish community organisations, in conjunction with Leicester City Councils Partnership Team, held an event at Voluntary Action Leicester to raise awareness about their New Year celebrations of Nawroz.
